The Studio
About Us
Ambrosia Creations LA was shaped in real time. On set, during long production days, in environments where presentation is noticed immediately and food is expected to arrive already considered. Founded by Georgina Tolentino, the studio grew out of the entertainment industry, where grazing is not an accessory, but part of the visual language of a space.
Georgina’s background as an actress gave her early, firsthand exposure to on-set hospitality. Years spent working within productions shaped an understanding of how food needs to show up in real environments. It has to look considered, taste intentional, and arrive ready to be used. Over time, that understanding evolved into Ambrosia’s signature approach to charcuterie and grazing. Premium charcuterie boards and tables are composed with intention, designed to hold their shape, travel well, and function as turnkey elements on site, ready the moment they are placed.
In 2026, Ambrosia entered its next chapter when Georgina Tolentino and Erika Mourelo crossed paths on a shared activation. Georgina was leading the on-set food production. Erika was working in experiential design and event production. What followed was recognition. A shared eye for composition, an appreciation for aesthetics, and a belief that food should anchor an experience and not simply accompany it.
Erika now joins Ambrosia Creations LA as a collaborative partner bringing a background in interior design, event design, staging, and event development. With more than two decades of experience creating environments within hospitality and events, her role expands Ambrosia beyond boards alone, introducing styled grazing tables, layered tablescapes, and food-led environments shaped with intention.
Today, Ambrosia Creations LA is led by Georgina’s foundation and industry experience with Erika’s design-driven approach to storytelling and scale. Together, they create ambiance, evoking emotion through environments curated through food and aesthetics, intentionally balanced, quiet, and unforgettably memorable, where the presentation not only matters, but is as important as the gathering itself.
